Performance Info for the 2nd Mondays Sacramento Rakstars Showcase at Kasbah Lounge:

About the Performing Space:
The Kasbah Lounge has seating on three sides of the restaurant at tables, low couches and the bar.
The floor is concrete.

Who Can Perform:
Sacramento Rakstars Showcase welcomes all levels and styles of belly dance.

Each show features approximately ten performances.

Slots are filled on a first come, first serve basis. 

Sign up to perform by filling in the application to the right.
Please be courteous and email adriane@adrianedance.com as soon as possible if you are unable to perform in a show that you signed up for. 

Performance Guidelines:
Dancers get in free!
Soloists- 7 min. max.
Troupes (the space would most likely fit no more than 3-4 dancers)- 10 min. max.

Check in at 7:00 PM

Performances need to be family-friendly and free of fire and animals.

Music Guidelines:
Dancers can bring a CD (with only their performance music on it) or IPod to play at the show.  IPods tend to play louder on the meek sound system or you can try to burn your music at the highest possible volume for CDs (they are looking into repairing the sound system so the volume is louder!).

Freebies for Dancers:
Performers will get a free glass of wine, beer or non-alkie beverage on the house.  You will receive a drink ticket that you can redeem for your drink (for your enjoyment only!).
